a family business based on the banks of the beautiful Alde Estuary at Iken Cliff near the Suffolk coast, supplying the very best in organic oak smoked salmon.

Our salmon is supplied fresh to us from pure north Atlantic waters and is the only source of Shetland salmon certified as organic, while also receiving RSPCA Freedom Food accreditation.

Pure waters and high standards of husbandry have combined to produce the natural light pink, firm-textured Shetland salmon that forms the basis of a wonderful delicate taste and texture.
